How to Have a Great Day

We all have choices to make when we get up each day-what to wear, what to eat, what projects to work on, etc. We also have a choice to make as far as our attitude. When those 2 feet hit the floor, we have a choice--we can be happy and positive or negative and grumpy!

I kept a poster in my office for years. It said how to have a great day and how to have a lousy day. I tried to look at it each day and focus on how to have to a great day. Here is a list of how to have a great day and the attributes that go with it. I am going to leave off the bad day part! If you are interested, you can find it on page 9 of my book 5 Words and Then Some.
